Global Agents Rules

• Use /tmp/<agent-name>/* as tmp direcyory instead of /tmp/* for security.
• If a remote git repository had more than three files fetched via web, clone it to tmp instead of continuing to fetch via web.
• Comments should describe why not what, code should be self documenting as to what. If a non-interface comment exceeds three lines of 80 characters, it should be pruned.
• If the environment doesn’t have a package that can handle the task very efficiently, use Nix to get it when Nix is available. NEVER install a tool by hand or by any other package manager.
